I am incredibly proud to share that Inspired Solutions, Inc. has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year. This recognition, based entirely on our employees' confidential feedback through the 2026 Great Place To Work Trust Index Survey, is more than a badge on our website -- it is a direct reflection of who we are as a company and what we value most: our people.
When I founded Inspired Solutions, I set out to build more than a company -- I wanted to create a workplace where people are valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best work every day. This third consecutive certification tells me we are living that vision.
What the Numbers Tell You
This year's survey results speak volumes. Ninety-four percent of our employees said that when you join Inspired Solutions, you are made to feel welcome. In previous years, 100% of our employees said Inspired Solutions is a great place to work -- compared to just 57% at a typical U.S. company.
These are not numbers we manufacture. The Great Place to Work Trust Index is a confidential, employee-driven survey that measures the real experience of working at a company across five dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie. Our team members speak for themselves, and year after year, they are telling the world that Inspired Solutions is a place where people thrive.

Why Three Consecutive Years Matters
Earning Great Place to Work certification once is a significant achievement -- over 10,000 companies apply annually across 60 countries, and not all of them make it. Earning it three years in a row, as a small business with roughly 20 employees, is uncommon.

Large corporations have entire departments dedicated to employee experience, culture initiatives, and engagement programs. Small businesses like ours do not have those luxuries. What we have is something more powerful: a genuine, family-driven culture rooted in our A.S.P.I.R.E. values -- Accountability, Service, People-centric focus, Integrity Without Compromise, Risk Management, and Empowerment.
For a small, minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned business to sustain this level of employee satisfaction year after year is a testament to the fact that when you lead with purpose and treat people with dignity, the results follow.
Culture Is Our Competitive Advantage
At Inspired Solutions, we serve federal agencies, defense organizations, and commercial enterprises with mission-critical IT, logistics, and professional services. We operate in a demanding industry where contracts are won on capability, compliance, and past performance. But I firmly believe that the quality of our work is a direct result of the quality of our workplace.
When your team members feel respected, valued, and empowered, they deliver exceptional results. Our 100% on-time delivery rate across more than $60 million in contracts is not a coincidence -- it is the output of a team that genuinely cares about the mission because they know the company genuinely cares about them.
Research from Great Place to Work confirms what we see every day: certified companies experience 51% higher employee retention than typical workplaces, and employees at these organizations are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work. That energy and commitment shows up in every proposal we write, every system we deploy, and every customer we serve.

Our A.S.P.I.R.E. Values in Action
This certification does not happen by accident. It is the result of intentional leadership and daily choices. At Inspired Solutions, we live by our values:
When I founded Inspired Solutions, I carried with me 21 years of lessons learned in the United States Army. One of the most important lessons was this: mission success starts with taking care of your team. That principle has been the foundation of everything we have built, and this third consecutive certification proves that our commitment to our team members is not a one-time initiative -- it is part of our DNA.
Looking Ahead
As we move further into 2026, we are not resting on this achievement. We are using it as fuel. We will continue investing in our people, strengthening our culture, and finding new ways to support the growth and well-being of every team member. Because at Inspired Solutions, our people are not just part of the mission -- they are the mission.
To our team: thank you. Thank you for showing up every day with excellence, passion, and heart. Thank you for making Inspired Solutions a place where people genuinely want to work. This certification belongs to you.
And to anyone looking for a career where you will be valued, developed, and empowered -- we are always looking for mission-driven professionals who want to be part of something special. Visit inspired-us.com to learn more about joining our team.

Here's to year four.
With gratitude and purpose,
