Inspired Solutions Named 2026 NaVOBA Award Winner: Women's Veteran's Business Enterprise of the Year

Inspired Solutions named NaVOBA's 2026 Women's Veteran's Business Enterprise of the Year
Inspired Solutions named NaVOBA's 2026 Women's Veteran's Business Enterprise of the Year.

NaVOBA Award recognition for 2026 honors Inspired Solutions as the Women's Veteran's Business Enterprise of the Year, the company led by President and CEO Isabella Pina.

The recognition was announced June 16, 2026, during the Women's Veteran's Business Enterprise of the Year Awards Ceremony at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City. The ceremony took place during the WBENC National Conference and brought together corporate leaders, women-owned businesses, and veteran-owned businesses from across the country.

For Inspired Solutions, this award points to more than a moment on stage. It recognizes service, execution, and years of federal delivery.

Why This Recognition Matters

Women-owned and veteran-owned businesses are a major part of the American economy. They create jobs, build supplier capacity, and support mission-critical work.

The U.S. Census Bureau reported that in 2023, women owned 14.2 million U.S. employer and nonemployer businesses, with $2.8 trillion in receipts. The same Census release reported that veterans owned 1.6 million U.S. employer and nonemployer businesses, with $1.0 trillion in receipts.

The SBA Office of Advocacy reported that Veteran Women-owned firms accounted for 199,295 firms in 2022, with 161,966 employees, $6.9 billion in annual payroll, and $29.8 billion in total sales.

That context matters. NaVOBA's recognition puts a spotlight on businesses that create economic value, develop talent, and strengthen supplier networks.

The NaVOBA Award Standard

The NaVOBA Award sits at the intersection of veteran business leadership and women business ownership. The recognition is about more than visibility. It recognizes performance, credibility, and the ability to turn service experience into business results.

NaVOBA's mission is to create corporate contracting opportunities for America's Veteran's Business Enterprises and Service-Disabled Veteran's Business Enterprises through certification, advocacy, outreach, recognition, and education.

That mission fits Inspired Solutions. The company serves federal agencies and prime partners as a veteran-owned IT company, SDVOSB IT contractor, and SBA 8(a)-certified small business.

Built From Service

Before Isabella Pina became a CEO, she served 21 years in the United States Army. Her career included logistics, leadership, nursing, and work as a Robotic Surgery Coordinator in one of the Department of Defense's advanced surgical programs.

That background shaped the company she built. Inspired Solutions was founded in 2015. Today, the company supports IT procurement, cybersecurity, logistics, supply chain management, workforce development, engineering, and professional services.

From 2015 through 2025, Inspired Solutions generated more than $189.5 million in lifetime revenue. The company also earned SDVOSB and SBA 8(a) certifications, received Great Place to Work recognition three years running, and posted a 94 percent Trust Index.

Those numbers point to disciplined growth. They also point to employee trust, customer performance, and a leadership culture built for demanding missions.

A Distinct Honor

This NaVOBA Award follows Inspired Solutions' 2026 Bronze Stevie Award for Veteran-Owned Business of the Year at the 24th Annual American Business Awards.

The Stevie Award recognized Inspired Solutions' broader veteran-owned business performance. The NaVOBA award highlights women veteran leadership, supplier diversity, and corporate contracting readiness.

What Comes Next

Inspired Solutions is grateful for this recognition. The work still comes first.

The next priority is straightforward. Support the next mission. Deliver the next contract well. Serve the next partner with integrity. Develop the next teammate for greater responsibility.
