Isabella Pina, founder, and CEO of Inspired Solutions, has a storied past that began in the small, impoverished island of Dominica, where she developed three distinct qualities: grit, perseverance, and an unwavering dedication to achieving her dreams. Overcoming all odds, she relied on her entrepreneurial spirit to lead her to the U.S. with only the clothes on her back and the determination that she could one day achieve the American dream. 

 

Isabella retired from the U.S. Army after serving for 21 years. She started Inspired Solutions during her last few months in the service. Isabella built the company on three simple philosophies: invest in people, solve critical challenges, and give back to communities and people who need it most. She has achieved these goals by empowering others to grow themselves, serving on several nonprofit boards, and founding Inspired Solutions to assist other companies in achieving their business goals.

 

Giving Back – It’s Paramount!

 

Isabella is tirelessly dedicated to giving back. She gives her time, talent, and resources to help in the communities where Inspired Solutions team members live, work, and play. She also invests in impoverished communities overseas, with a particular emphasis on the Caribbean, where she was born.

 

Isabella serves on various non-profit boards. She believes education is a critical key to success, so she and her husband took the bold step of launching a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing and educating disadvantaged children. Isabella's passion for giving back has led her to join and lead several Missions trips worldwide. Her latest endeavor involved building a school in the Dominican Republic that provides free education and hot meals to 170+ children. The school will grow to over 200 students by the end of 2022.
